Sometimes you have multiple tabs open and they get lost when you reboot. There is an option in settings (also in Windows 10) that will preserve this, it is "Restore previous folder windows at logon". Although it is worth noting that as of 2025 it is understood a lot of the settings for Windows File Explorer need work doing as their UI is old.
The Windows Subsystem for Android is similar to the Linux one, but it allows you to install and run Android apps on Windows 11. The default store is Amazon, but I believe you can install APK files. It is worth noting that your machine needs to support virtualisation, a similar requirement to the one for Windows Subsystem for Linux, it also needs 8GB of memory.
You can enabled "End Task" for the process menu on the Task Bar, simply go to Settings → System → Advanced → Enable End Task turn it on, and voila!
