It should be noted that The Meat Shack, Fat Hippo and Flaming Cow provide "at table" service, whereas the others are less formal and typically you place your order and then find a table.

You might be wondering whether they are ranked in order, well they are, except the top two are fairly equal. Five Guys is a much bigger chain than the others, but they are good enough for a listing.
