It should be noted that The Beefy Boys, The Meat Shack, Fat Hippo and Flaming Cow provide "at table" service, whereas the others are less formal and typically you place your order and then find a table.

You might be wondering whether they are ranked in order, well they are, except those that are next to each other, could easily be swapped.... Five Guys is a much bigger chain than the others, but they are good enough for a listing.
